The Ministry of Spatial Planning of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has received financing from KfW Development Bank and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract “Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings (Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Component)”.
The Ministry of Spatial Planning of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina now invites sealed bids from prequalified eligible bidders. The following entities have been shortlisted to participate in this bidding procedure:

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the procedures as specified in KfW Development Bank’s “Guidelines for Procurement of Consulting Services, Works, Plant, Goods, and Non-Consulting Services in Financial Cooperation with Partners Countries (Version January 2019)” (available on KfW’s website[1])

Bidders are expected to participate in the Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit indicated in BDS 7.4.
Bids must be delivered to the address indicated in BDS 22.1 of the Bidding Documents on or before 12:00 (noon) CET on 15 July 2024. Subsequently, Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of any bidders’ designated representatives indicated in BDS 25.1.
The submission of the Original Bid is decisive. The time of receipt of the Original Bid at the Ministry of Spatial Planning of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina will prevail. Late Bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
