Conformity assessment of construction products

The Rulebook on the requirements for persons conducting conformity assessments of construction products (Official Gazette of FBiH, no. 49/10, 64/11, 94/17 and 97/17) prescribes the requirements for the issuance of, renewal and revocation of authorisations to perform specific activities in the conformity assessment procedure, issue factory production control certificates and certificates of conformity for construction products. The legal person authorised for conformity assessment is a legal person authorised by the Federal Ministry of Physical Planning to perform some or all conformity assessment activities, issue factory production control certificates and/or certificates of conformity for construction products. The Federal Ministry of Physical Planning maintains a record of authorised legal persons and issued certificates of conformity, in accordance with the provisions of Article 11 of the Rulebook on conformity assessment for construction products (Official Gazette of FBiH, no. 88/10, 64/11 and 44/16)
