Construction acts
Construction of a structure may commence only after the construction permit has been issued. A construction permit is not required for regular maintenance works on constructions and repair of damaged constructions, which may be considered regular maintenance.
A construction permit is issued by the Ministry upon request of the holder of the urban planning consent or location information.
The Ministry issues a construction permit without first issuing an urban planning consent for rehabilitation or refurbishment of architectural heritage buildings damaged or destroyed during the war, provided that the building is recognised as a national monument by the Commission for Conservation of National Monuments or is listed on the temporary list of national monuments.
