Conformity assessment of construction products

In accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of the Rulebook on the requirements for persons conducting conformity assessments of construction products (Official Gazette of FBiH, no. 49/10, 64/11, 94/17 and 97/17), the conformity document for construction products, i.e. the technical certificate of approval issued in a foreign country, must be validated before it can replace the appropriate conformity documents issued according to the Law on Construction Products (Official Gazette of the Federation BiH, no. 78/09) and this Rulebook. Validation is performed by a legal person authorised in accordance with the provisions of this Rulebook. In exceptional cases, namely in the absence of legal persons authorised for a specific group of products, validation will be performed by the Ministry pursuant to a written opinion of the Expert Committee for Construction Products.
