Authorisation for construction and execution of works (construction of buildings, construction of specific parts of buildings, execution of specific works on the building)
The contractor is a legal person that constructs or executes specific works on the construction or executes other physical interventions. Construction of buildings and/or execution of specific works on the building and/or individual specific works on the building within the FMPP scope of competence may be performed only by legal persons authorised by the Federal Ministry. Construction supervision on behalf of the investor may be performed by legal persons authorised for design and/or construction and/or validation.
